Dispatch Times

Because our soaps are prepared in small batches, orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During peak periods such as Christmas, please allow an extra day.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We take pride in keeping our packaging sustainable. We use unbleached recycled cardboard boxes, paper tape, and water-soluble corn starch packing peanuts that dissolve completely under warm tap water.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygiene nature of personal bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt at k.evans@live.co.uk with a photo, and we will happily dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
