Welcome to MargaretMaySoaps. By accessing our website and ordering our handmade artisan bath and beauty products or booking workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Artisan Handmade Nature

All our products are crafted by hand in small batches in Bristol. Due to the nature of traditional cold process soap-making and natural botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, weight, and swirl patterns are natural and celebrate the authentic handmade process.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice. In the rare event of a stock discrepancy, we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative batch or full refund.

3. Workshop Bookings

Soap-making workshop bookings are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please give at least 7 days notice if you need to reschedule your workshop date so we can offer your place to someone on our waiting list.

4. Safety & Allergies

Full ingredient lists are provided on all product pages and packaging. If you have known allergies or skin sensitivities, please inspect the ingredients carefully before use. All products are for external use only.
